Find your Sumqo subscription receipts
See every payment for your Sumqo plan, open a receipt to print it, or download it as a PDF for your records from Settings → Plan & billing.
Find your receipts
- Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
- Scroll to Receipts. Every payment for your Sumqo plan is listed, newest first, with the date, plan and period, amount and status.
- Click "Load more" to see older receipts.
Receipts appear after your first payment. A status of Partially refunded or Refunded means some or all of that payment came back to you.
View, print or download
- Click "View" to open the receipt: who it was billed to, the service period, the payment method and the amounts.
- On the receipt page, click "Print" or "Download PDF".
- Click "PDF" in the list to download a receipt without opening it.
Good to know
- Only the workspace owner can see receipts.
- Receipts are issued by Sumqo for your subscription. They are not invoices to your own customers.
- Have more than one workspace? Each one has its own plan and its own receipts.
Tip: Your accountant can use the PDF receipts to record the Sumqo subscription as a business expense.
